The suit alleged that epic had copied ideas from pubg corp’s game, notably its “battle royale” structure, in which 100 players descend on an island and then fight until only one remains..
As you'd expect, other companies are looking to capitalize on the interest in pubg, but the game's developer is unhappy with the particular approach epic games is taking with a new mode in fortnite..
